Singer Bobi Wine pays shs 50m to one Andrew Tendo and temporarily secures his Busabala Kazi based One Love Beach he was about to lose over no payment, we reveal. The singer was sued by Andrew Tendo for breach of contract through his lawyers M/S Mushabe, Munungi & Co. Advocates in the high court after ghetto president failed to complete payment of shs 180m for the Busabala land.

He only managed to pay shs 81m promising to pay the balance late last year. He however failed. Following a hearing of the case a few weeks back, court ordered Bobi to stop any further development and denied him access.

However, we have learnt that last Thursday Bobi reached an understanding with Tendo and paid him shs 50m cash and promised to pay the balance in two months time. And this certainly allow him access to the plush beach.

And we can reveal the singer is organizing a show for Easter Monday dubbed Ekyapa Kkino literally meaning I have the land title. Interestingly it will be the same day crocked Gagamel boss Bebe Cool will have a show in Kiwatule.

Last October, the two heavy weight singers launched their albums the same day. Again I can't wait...
