Major General Acellam Otto has replaced Gen.J.Kony as the Lords Resistance Army (LRA) chief.Acellam was the deputy after Okot Odhiambo's death. The rebel group split into three major factions and the biggest with close to 300 fighters is led by Acellam. The second group led by Abudema is fighting Khartoum forces for the control of the oil rich city. The third group is led by Okot and is positioned in jungles of Garamba in DR Congo.
