Isaac Mulindwa the director of PAM Awards has kept a low profile but busy constructing 20 palatial houses which are ready to be used.The project is estimated at well over $1Million. On completion of the project Mulindwa has said he will buy a car of his dreams which has not yet hit Kampala streets.
