Kutesa's Daughter to Manage Oil Reserves
A national oil reserve is planned after the country suffered acute fuel shortages during the Kenyan crisis. The project to cost over 70Billion has been awarded to the foreign affairs daughter Ishta and her husband Robert Muganga of Ken Lloyds Logistics.
Fuel Giants like Shell, Caltex and Total are furious after a little known company could beat them to manage the country's national oil reserves. The giants were asked to submit an expression of interest on the above matter which they did but to their surprise a firm with no experience in the management of oils could beat them.
