Extremist elements posing as very aggrieved Baganda are planning to torch Kampala the day the amended land law is passed. The bill is likely to be passed next month and this is when these extremists would swing in action.

They took advantage of the fuel scarcity and stockpiled it in jerrycans which they put in various locations around the city. This will help them in carrying out acts of arson. Apparently the 9000 square miles plus the 350 sq miles belonging to Kabaka are the target for these extremists.
