Oulanya Columbus, the Bukedde FM funnyman has been forced by circumstances to adjust his drinking expenditure so as to afford a roof over his head. His more than decade-long honeymoon of rent holiday finally came to an end last month after residents of Naguru and Nakawa were dilapidated housing estates were evicted.
According to his former neighbours, his sleep was cut short by roaring KCCA bulldozers on Monday July 4. As it has been the case, the humorous presenter plays oldies music somewhere in Makindye every Sunday evening and normally returns home in the company of his female fans.
On that fateful day Monday morning, as usual, he returned home in the company of a young brown bummy creature. However as soon as they had finished bathing in preparation for bedminton, roaring bulldozers arrived and havoc ensued!
Without sampling his catch, he quickly rolled his mattress, packed his condoms and other belongings and fled towars Kitintale where he is now renting. Ever since Oulanya completed his university degree, he has been living in that Naguru house which his parents originally occupied.
However, when his father built his own house in Bweyogerere, and relocated, Columbus inherited the house and lived there like a prince, rent free. We welcome Oulanya to the world of responsibilities!
