Val Okecho - The Sanyu FM Presenter has voiced most of the Warid ads in English.
Oscar Kihika - Oscar has stayed true to his creative principles. His Airtel advert in a raw Kinyankore accent is the most famous at the moment. It's about a rejoicing guy who buys a sim card for his sweetheart, who calls him 'Dude' and he calls her 'Bebe'.
He is heard bragging how the two will now be chatting nonstop since his chic 'loves gmail, yahoo na za twitter.' Oscar is an A-list lawyer who doubles as a musician. He is also a contributor to the history of music, a show that has been airing on one of the radio stations every Saturday evening.
Keko - Female rap sensation Keko Town is behind the Mountain Dew's advert. She changes the lyrics to match the 'do the dew now' slogan.
Anne Kansiime and Suzana Naava - Comical Anne has voiced more than twenty ads but her latest is the MTN Voice Chat. She is the babe being told to speak with a foreign accent, she wonders 'how long will I put up with this?'
Anne has also done several others where she talks like a young kid. The other lady connecting her to the socalled 'James' is city socialite, Suzan Naava.
Moses Golola - Motor mouthed kick boxer Golola Moses is surely getting more popular and enjoying his stardom. He is nowadays heard in Warid Telecom's Pakalast advert. While doing his thing, Golola gets a call from someone who wants help from self styled 'superman'.
But instead he tells him to go on Pakalast. He claims he should only be called upon when someone needs a kicking. However, a rumbling Golola is cut off while still talking about how he kicked R.Nile out of Uganda and all the trees in Sahara desert. Very funny indeed.
Mun-G - New to that game is Baboon Forest sensational Lugaflow rapper. Mun-G. His real name Mungi Emmanuel Matovu has voiced the new popular Airtel 'Kyaba Too Good' promotion advert.
He coins "Kyaba Too Good' from his recent blockbuster hit 'Kyaba Too Much.' In the song he tells people to get phones and start texting in order to win one of the 12 brand new Ipsums and millions up for grabs.
