Alex Ndaula, the veteran capital FM presenter never fails to make his presence felt. Last Saturday, Alex sent a strong signal to his bosses to start looking for his successor after he literally vanished on air.

The boisterous DJ who was hosting his famous Saturday Dance Force show which runs from 8:00pm to 4:00am sounded extremely tired right from the start. After blowing kisses at every female caller, then at about midnight, out of the blue he went silent, prompting listeners to suspect he had dosed off.

The mix went on non-stop on auto DJ then at about 1:00am, for the first time since its inception in early nineties, the station went quiet. By the time snoops entered bed at 2:00am, he had not yet waken up to resume playing music.

We were quick to conclude that he has hibernated because he never forgets to sign off and whenever there is a technical problem, he announces and bellows the engineers name until he appears at the station.

This is the third time Alex has gone silent on the show.
