When the Goodlyfe Crew declared that their OBUDDE album launch was a 'Victory Party' to celebrate a win over all those that had waged war on East Africa's dynamic duo, may be, this is what they meant.
The latest info on the Goodlyfe Crew is that Moze Radio and Weasel TV have been nominated for the Best International Act-Africa at this year's Black Entertainment Television (BET) Awards 2013. The award ceremony will be held at Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on June 30, 2013.
Confirming the good news, Weasel said: "I told them we are a class apart...Obudde." Moze Radio simply said: "Here we go" as he shared the list of nominees with his followers.
The duo will be tussling it out with other five big names on the African continent that include: 2Face Idibia and Ice Prince from Nigeria, Toya Delazy and Donald from South Africa and R2Bees from Ghana.
The Goodlyfe Crew of Moze Radio and Weasel TV are the first Ugandans to be nominated for the BET Awards. The Best International Act in the category of Africa previous winners include: 2Face Idibia and D'Banj (2011), Wizkid and Sarkodie (2012) and for 2013, we have our fingers and 'toes' crossed for the Goodlyfe Crew.
Drake is leading this years BET Awards with 12 nominations though some fans are surprised that top names like Kelly Rowland and Brandy are missing.

As the Goodlyfe Duo were busy doing their latest collabo with Desire dubbed 'Fitting', she looked so taken up after Weasel had pulled her against his 'member'. At some point she lost her words under the guise of letting fans sing along while Weasel Manizle was feeling her curves from behind.
"We are fitting, so deserving...nze nawe we are fitting..."Were some of the words Desire was whispering to Weasel as she let him feel her ass-ets as the crowd went wild with some shouting loud with lines borrowed off Captain Dolla's hit, Emesse. One reveller noted that: "Weasel was squeezing her real tight and instead of singing, she was moaning with desire."
Meanwhile, as the Desire and Weasel were busy doing their thing on stage, Moze Radio was cheering them on that ''Mufittinga'' meaning that you are fit for each other.
At some point, Desire passively bent over for Weasel who responded by curving his back as he hugged her from behind. This was part of the Obudde album launch which saw Desire stealing the show from Kenya's Amani.

During the recently concluded BADILISHA concert, Chameleone performed songs by different artistes that included Bobi Wine, Goodlyfe, Bebe Cool and Judith Babirye among others, a gesture that was welcomed by many music lovers. The Badilisha star went an extra mile to even appeal to his fans to go and support the Goodlyfe Crew's forthcoming Obudde album.
It's important to note that this was coming at a time when not long back, Moze Radio, a member of the Goodlyfe Crew used everything in his powers to ask the police to speed up with their investigations in the Karamagi case. In spite of all that, the Music Doctor went ahead to drum up support for their (Goodlyfe) concert and also performed their 'Bread and Butter' hit.
Going by the Goodlyfe's latest posting which is also their definition of Success, the duo now say they are even bigger than the music doctor given their constant appearances on MTV Base and topping charts on Trace.
"Success is: Doin wat othrz have dan n 10yrz, in less thn 5yrz!, topin charts on Trace, MTV Base etc, breaking away from a brand n makin an even bigger brand! # OBUDDE"
In their message, the dynamic duo don't seem to recognise their mentor and yet when Bobi Wine appreciated their Music, they were quick to say, Thank You.
The Obudde album will be held on May 10, 2013 at Hotel Africana and later pundits will compare notes with the Badilisha concert to see to it if their statement is valid.

The Goodlyfe Crew are done with their Europe Easter tour and are heading back home. It has been a Goodlyfe for Weasel as he found love and even got engaged to Carol.
However, Moze Radio thinks otherwise. "Iam coming back home...home is where love is waiting for me...been gone much too long...I miss Uganda c u soon ooohh!" In the pic above, as Weasel is busy hugging a zungu babe who is not Carol by the way, Moze Radio is singing: "They vibrate it, They Speculate it..so let it go Magnetic....!"
The Goodlyfe Denmark show was the most successful show ever by a Ugandan artiste as noted by one of the promoters. Bebe Cool fell out with the Ugandan community in Denmark and promised never to return after they exchanged bitterly with a drunk fan.
The Goodlyfe Crew of Moze Radio and Weasel will later this month proceed to South Africa and on May 10, 2013 they will be launching their latest album, OBUDDE at Hotel Africana. Bobi Wine, Juliana, Iryn Namubiru will be some of the artistes that will perform on that day.

The Goodlyfe duo, Moze Radio and Weasel TV are in talks with Vee Beiby, a top video vixen who has featured in Prezzo and P-Unit's videos. Vee Beiby got the You Guy video banned on Citizen TV just by the way she did her thing, so the next time you see her in a Goodlyfe video, do not wonder.
One ardent fan of the model was overheard saying that: "This is the type of video vixen who can steal the show from the artiste through her sexploitation and the way she booty shakes."
We recently asked our dear readers through facebook which track they would rather listen to between Goodlyfe's 'Magnetic' and P-Unit's 'You Guy', a good number of them were tending to the side of You Guy. The Goodlyfe are determined to making their weight felt in the Ugandan music industry and among others, they are now considering to feature top models in their forthcoming videos.
Through Twitter, the Goodlyfe guys first asked the plus size model, Vee Beiby if she had Ugandan roots given her booty size and curves, the socialite and entreprenuer replied that she was 100% Kenyan. Meanwhile, It's not clear between Moze and Weasel who writes their tweets.
They have just released two fresh hits this week, 'Ekyaama' and 'Crucify' in addition to 'Magnetic' and 'Obudde' which are already doing very well on both TV and FM radio stations.
Some of their old songs like 'Nakutamani', 'Nyumbani' and 'Nakudata' are still worth listening to songs. The duo will be launching their next album in May but before that, the duo will be live in Amsterdam on March 30, 2013.

The Goodlyfe Crew are back with their latest club banger 'Magnetic' and at this rate, they are determined to take over the region. The video was shot from Club Venom in Kabalagala and beaches around Entebbe.
Those who have seen the video say you can't miss Sheebah Karungi who happens to be one of the video vixens strutting her stuff.
The song which already seems like an anthem to some FM stations has a booming dance-hall beat that sounds like a fresh track by Buju Banton as Weasel and Moze do their thing in the you're Magnetic tune.
The Goodlyfe Crew will be launching their latest 'Obudde' album on May 10, 2013 at Hotel Africana that will see them perform their lates collabo with Desire Luzinda, 'Magnetic' and 'Can't Let You Go' which was once number one on MTV Top 10.
Interestingly, their track beat Beyonce's 'I Was Here' to take the number one slot on MTV. Just last year, Nigeria's P-Square shared the same stage with the Goodlyfe Crew doing their debut track 'Nakudata'

The Goodlyfe Crew of Moze Radio and Weasel will be launching their OBUDDE album in about three months from now but they are certainly not happy after their music was banned from playing on Vision stations that include Bukedde TV, Urban TV and Star Radio among others.
The duo fell out with New Vision prompting them to hit studio and record 'Ba Customer' which turns out to be a direct attack on the Vision boss, Robert Kabushenga.
In their latest wall post, the Goodlyfe Crew duo say: "At first we thought New Vision had a vision but they were all lies. Radio en Weasel's music will never be played on any of those vision less stations...."
Big name artistes like Chameleone have been banned before but were able to apologize and their music was allowed to play on Vision based radio stations and televisions. The Goodlyfe have always used this as a tool to settle their differences at least going by 'Zuena' and 'Chidula' tracks.
In the 'Zuena' track, they were hitting at Bebe Cool and in 'Chidula', they were attacking Charlie Lubega and his night Club, Ange-Noir.
Meanwhile, on the very day they will be launching their album, one upcoming artiste going by the stage name of BigEye will be launching on the same day.
The boyz felt him and could not just let it go and this was their post: "Okay we happen to be launching our album OBUDDE on the 10th of may meanwhile anatha artist by the name big eye has set a launch too on the exact date after us announcing....what do you ve to say.."

Minutes after launching his latest track dubbed 'Wrap Up 2012' with a line on the passing on of the Butaleja woman MP Cerinah Nebanda, Moses Nsubuga whose stage name is Viboyo Oweyo signed to the Swangz Avenue studio is already paying the price for having included some people in his track.
Viboyo has indeed wrapped the year 2012 highlighting a number of issues ranging from the fighter jets, the Mercedes Benz that the President used during the celebrations to mark 50 years of Uganda's independence, Mama Fiina's nude photos, the Kazinda Saga and Chris Mubiru among others.
At some point, Viboyo lists a number of artistes that included Bella, Henry Tigan and the Goodlyfe among others and he seems to ask, Baliwa? Implying that where they as they are not felt on the music scene. In the song, he concludes by saying that let's take stock of 2012 as we prepare for 2013.
Moze Radio got wind of this and instead shot back with a pink double storied house saying that: "Viboyo this is what I have done in 2012. What have you done since 1992? I was in primary 2 (P.2) that time.."
One of the responses was: That's not the way to go encourage your friend to make it. Even if you are better know that its through their hustle that you made it. You have done collabos with the homey, how do you wake up and post such..."

As the year comes to an end, we are noticing strange things signaling better times ahead. Last Thursday as Bebe Cool was being unplugged, several artistes graced his show as the 'Kamwako' singer did his thing for two hours non stop.
Notable among them were the Goodlyfe Crew-Moze Radio and Weasel TV who spent most of their time cozying up with babes. This came as a surprise to many who have been watching events between these camps.
With songs like 'Zuena', 'Bread and Butter' and even a Soga version of Omusadha Taidhi Na Lusoga....! which were a direct attack on Zue and Bebe, one could not imagine that they could end up coming anywhere close to BEBE.
Moze Radio was spotted with a hot babe in Silk Oxygen looking like he was about to kiss the babe who seemed to be enjoying every moment. Weasel on the other hand was spotted with Bad Black's former pal Hamida.
The Goodlyfe Crew have had all reasons to smile after their hit 'Can't Let You Go' beat Beyonce's 'I Was Here' on the MTV top 10 Base Chart. Some of their recent songs include 'Obude' and 'Magnetic'. They have also just done a collabo with bummy Desire Luzinda.

The Goodlyfe Crew of the Dudu song were slated to perform in the UK during the Easter season but after being denied visas by the UK Embassy, Moze Radio and Weasel won't be in the UK. Moze Radio in a message to his UK fans wrote:
"Sorry UK we won't be coming this easter:-( but Sengo should know he is too old to be dishonest... lets link up some other time n party hard...hpy easter..."
In his message, Moze Radio does not leave out promoter Yunus Ssengo who they claim is the one sabotaging their efforts. It is alleged that the duo did not perform for him on their last visit.
UK fans have however not been left out as Jose Chameleone, Eddie Kenzo of the Zivuga fame and Ragga Dee among others will be performing in Leeds today and London on Easter.

Moze Radio Breaks The Silence

The Goodlyfe Boyz Moze Radio and Weasel TV have eventually got a sponsor for their next album launch slated for May 11, 2012 at the People's space Hotel Africana. The Goodlyfe Crew have a however settled for a less fee compared to their previous launch.
The Talk and Talk Album launch was bought by top music promoter Bobkins Kibirige of Kibo Media at a cost of 70m but it's not clear why this had to go down as opposed to increasing. The Tonjagala Album launch was bought at Shs50m.
Tracks like 'Mukama', a blockbuster gospel song and 'Dudu We' which they did with Shanks Vivi D will feature on the Tonjagala album launch.
The launch will be at Hotel Africana attracting an entrance fee of 50k for VIP and 20k for general happiness. It won't be Mukono this time but at the Crested Crane Hotel in Jinja at a fee of 10k. On Sunday, the Goodlyfe crew will be at KK Beach in Gaba and the fee will 5k.

As expected Moze Radio who has appeared in the news lately for having beaten a journalist at Kampala road based Hi-Table has come out and spoken about the incident in which certain sections of the media are demanding for an apology from the group or else they don't cover their activities.
In his message, Moze Radio reached out to his fans and music lovers: "am calling upon all goodlyfe fans n music lovers to guard against negative energy from journalist wannabes who after failing to build their profiles have instead vowed to soil others. we r serving a nation n we should support one another. u can never put a good man down... bless u n lets meet at hotel africana 11 may..."
One fan, Abenawe Alicia responded: "let them do the talk, yu will always do the walk.....ninza kuguma ndi gudlyf fan pakalast no matter what!!!" She will stand by the Goodlyfe in the bad and good times.
Moze also spoke to a weekly tabloid and this is what he had to say: "What journalists do is to first write bad things about us and after call us for comments. Why write stuff and later call us. Now I just let the media say what it wants.
Someone just goes and robs people in the bar and when he is beaten up, the media claims that we beat up the thief..."
This follows the beating up of Dembe FM's Lwasama Ojambo who was later hospitalized at Kadic Hospital in Bukoto. A newly formed group, Society Press Club (SPC) was demanding for an apology from the Goodlyfe and clearance of the hospital bills before they could resume covering the Goodlyfe on their platforms.

A newly formed group, Society Press Club (SPC) is demanding for an apology from the Goodlyfe Crew after they allegedly beat up a Dembe FM presenter, Lwasama Ojambo.
According to information from Miles Rwamiti who is also the SPC Organising Secretary, Lwasama was at Hi-Table seated all by himself before a group led by Moze Radio confronted him for having stolen Moze Radio's phone.
Lwasama denied the allegations. He was asked to leave the bar to which he objected and it was not long before the situation became nasty leading him to lose some teeth at least according to another Dembe presenter Djacob Omutuzze.
A statement from the SPC read in part: "As an indication of our seriousness towards putting a stop to this brutality, we have resolved to put a total ban on coverage of all Goodlyfe activities across all our platforms until they come out and apologize publicly for their heinous act. They should also foot Lwasama's hospital bills."
In all this, Moze Radio has not given his side of the story. It is important that he gives his account and a fair decision to all is taken. Some were of the view that the Goodlyfe were using the opportunity to appear in the news and on the other hand, Others feel that the move by SPC is not fair bearing in mind that the Goodlyfe and Miles Rwamiti are sworn enemies.

It's one thing to be an upcoming artiste and it's the other coming out of that shell to start sharing a stage with the big boys. This is what Eddie Kenzo of Big Talent has done. He's been releasing his tracks which his fans would gladly term as cool hits.
The star who prefers to be interviewed in vernacular just like Aziz Azion was approached for a collabo by the Goodlyfe boys, but tactfully dodged them claiming that he had a very tight schedule.
The Goodlyfe boys came to learn of it that he had actually snubbed them. They then decided to rally behind upcoming artist Booerman and helped him release Eddie Kenzo's ?Ojja Kunzisa' into ?Safina Ogenda Kunzisa' This left Kenzo faced with plagiarism claims. The artistes have been trading insults and counter accusations.
Insider sources say that now The Goodlyfe Crew have switched plans and intend to export their antics to the UK. Eddie Kenzo is booked to feature on the Easter shows in the UK alongside the Goodlyfe boys. A snoop said that "The Goodlyfe boys are planning to corner Kenzo while in the UK, where the trio will be for the Easter shows."
Its not been easy for them to get to Eddie Kenzo here in Kampala as he is always in the company of his Big Talent Boyz so while in the UK, the Big Talent boys won't be there to defend him.

The list of nominees for the Museke Online Africa Music Awards (MOAMA) is out. Maurice Kirya and Juliana Kanyomozi top the list of Ugandan nominees with more than two nominations each.
