Last Month, a one and half year old boy Khan Kakama was kidnapped from Bugolobi flats and three weeks later found dead. The discovery of the boy's body got some suspects arrested who have since then been battling with a court case.
However, the case has taken a new twist after the key suspect Godwin Tumusiime demanded that the father of the boy Sven Kakama be the one to answer to the charges because he is aware of Khan Kakama's dying and he is the mastermind behind the boy's death.
The suspect even denounced an earlier statement in which he confessed to killing the boy saying he was coerced into making that statement. The case which was before the Grade One Magistrate at Nakawa Court was adjourned to 4-Aug-2010 when the can look into the suspect's application.
