Ugandan musicians have identified another avenue of conflicting and this is none other than launching on the same date. It started with Bobi Wine and Bebe Cool last year and just recently we saw Grace Nakimera and the Goodlyfe Crew launching on the same date something that forced Nakimera to even fake an acid attack just to solicit for supporters.
The latest is General Mega Dee and Ragga Dee whose war is not only Mega Vs Ragga but according to the posting on Mega Dee's wall, he is so bitter bearing in mind that this was the second time he had rescheduled his show and chosen a date that was free but just a week ago, Ragga Dee decided that he would be having a show on the same day and the same venue.
General Mega Dee's posting goes: "why do some musicians here in Uganda think I should always suffer at their expense? this has gotten too far for sure ...Ragga Dee launching on ma day? last November is when I decided to launch in July and now he decides a week ago to do same venue and date? wtf? to ma fans ma show is on and we will be at kyadondo rugby same day kati zivuge........."
General Mega Dee has assured his fans that this time round there is no more postponing and the show is on.. Ragga Dee over to you !
