              Bing Vs Google
The search engine giant has got a competitor with the launch of a new search engine called Bing. Microsoft has for long been making plans of running over Google with little success. Just recently Microsoft tried to acquire Yahoo in abid to out compete Google but those talks are yet to be concluded.

The latest attempt of Microsoft unveiling Bing which many look at as the closest competitor to Google will certainly see Google making drastic changes to their service to not only sustain the market they have enjoyed for close to a decade, but also make it the preferred search engine it has always been.

Bing is different even when you open. It goes into a little bit of detail by showing you related searches, search history, website details with mouse over website link. In case of an error as a result of a typo, the results will automatically redirect to the correct keyword, but also give you an option of going to the wrong one just in case the word exists. Otherwise Google would ask you whether you meant to go the correct way as opposed to the wrong way.

In just two days of its launch, Bing was able to beat Yahoo in terms of traffic according to startcounter which compiles aggregate data of 3 million websites. Bing is aware Google exists "But It's Not Google" that is why they chose BING as the name.

Its beating Yahoo in two days via traffic is due to the fact that it is new and the massive traffic was as a result of wanting to know what Bing looked like and what it had to offer. Otherwise the best it can settle for is the third place with Google way ahead of the game followed by Yahoo and then the new kid on the block, BING.
