Kampala has been decorated with Orange courtesy of the orange carnival. Black trucks with loud speakers, bikes, babes were all over Kampala clad in black and orange which are the corporate colours of Orange Uganda.
This is the first carnival on the streets which paralyzed most parts of the city as the glamour, drama, music plus all that goes with the carnival left many excited.
