Jamaican American Reggae star, Shaggy is coming back to Uganda courtesy of Orange Telecom. On May 23, 2009 there will be an Orange Karnival in which Shaggy and Sarakasi dance together with acrobat group will be performing at the karnival that starts at 9:00am (Shoprite Lugogo) and later and an after party at 4:00pm (Lugogo Cricket Oval).
Orange Telecom promises over 30,000,000/- worth of prizes to be won. Popular local artists like Mowzey Radio, Weasel, Navio and Kenya's Nameless will be performing too.
Orange has rolled out two packages during this time. Package 1 on paying 20,000/- a sim card, and 10,000/- airtime plus a ticket to the after party is given and Package two you pay 80,000/- amd a handset, Sim Card plus 10,000/- airtime. It also entitles you to entrance to the orange Karnival after party.
Both packages automatically qualify you for a draw to win aa plot of land, television sets, boda bodas among others. Nice way of increasing subscribers folks!
