Bobi Wine Gives Fire Victims 10Mn in Cash

The Ghetto President has put his Cadillac Escalade on sale through auction and the proceeds will go to the Owino market victims. Supposing the car does not fetch any money for reasons related to the credit crunch, this could as well imply that the Ghetto President has donated nothing.

Meanwhile Jose Chameleone had given cash worth US$ 250 and a pledge of 7,000,000/- which is to be realized on Sunday (01-Mar.2009) during the Mbuutu Yembutukizi at Nakivubo. This has forced the Ghetto President, Bobi Wine to retaliate with a briefcase with cash not a pledge of 10,000,000/- which he gave to the traders.

While the Ghetto President is just giving away the Cadillac free of charge to the traders that is if someone volunteers to take it at the agreed price, Chameleone has just imported the same car but a better model. You can now read between the lines..Chameleone was trying to emulate Bobi in cruising a luxurious SUV but the President has said no, and he is instead donating it opting for a customized chopper.

Bobi wine is fooling who i hear he wants 150-200 million for the car yet the car is worth less than 100million who can engage in such a transaction an escalade 2000model which he owns is very cheap by the way just go to the net and see at least he,s given 10million coz he knows the car wont be bought.

Ugandans should learn to appreciate, if someone has donated a car and some good money like that. That shows people strong love for their country and we should not be Villager at that extent of shouting Cadillac Escapade. people are driving serious cars,its just that we Ugandans we are used to Japanese and those one from Dubai. Me whoever does something taking our nation on map i thank you, Most eps those young boys Jose Chameleone and Bobi wine. great work

Rakhan, good comment. Chameleone did what he could, and so did Bobi. I don't understand why someone who didn't offer anything should compare the 2. Chameleone made a name, and people who think realize that it takes more than being deep waters to bring down that name. My comment doesn't make JC an angel either.
