Bobi Wine's Semakokiro Plaza under construction

The 'By-Far' Star has unveiled the Semakokiro Plaza with over 10 Units of which some will be ready for use by the end of this month.

The building is located in Kamwokya where he was cleaning last weekend as part of his CSR activities. Interestingly, the 'Tugambire Ku Jenipher' singer says these won't be rentals.

"This will be my business empire with Fire Base Offices, studio, bar, hospital and a shop with Fire Base Crew Designs." Recently, Chameleone unveiled Daniella Villas that he constructed for his wife, Bebe Cool said: "Never under estimate a snail, it can cover longer distances than a fly."

Bebe's version is that once his (6in1) houses are done, he would have run over these guys. However, Bobi and Bebe are not patient enough to unveil their structures when complete, they instead let the cat out of the bag early enough.

Ssemakokiro Plaza named after Buganda Kingdom's youngest son have 12 units. Meanwhile,  last week's heavy presence of police at Centenary Park in an effort to restore the greenbelt reminded Bobi Wine's wife of how her containers that were dealing in Range Rover spare parts were removed.

Commenting on the Centenary Park Demolitions, Barbie said: "This day and all that is happening at Centenary Park brings me the worst feeling and terrible memories of my containers in Kamwokya being demolished."

I used to think that these guys actualy had money, but it has come to my attention dt they are jst like any other individual in Kampala, cz if he'S boasting of 12 units only with such poor actectual. nuggu uk

mark you,he is NOT renting them. if he wanted them(as shops), let me see that would be abt 7million to bag home which is equivalent to what a landlord renting houses/villas would earn anyway..in his case the size wouldnt matter..its how much that is collected.gwe tolaba the high rent costs in small cubicles of arcades like Zainab et al(as small as 1m*1m),one pays over 500,000/- per month. so in this case the zie of the building doesnt matter(tis the $$).as you said, he isnt even renting them out,YET he would if he wanted.Bobi is winning nuff said.

@nuggu uk, indeed yo name explains it all . Nugu Provided his proud of his achievements, compared to his journey(where he has been and what he is right now) he has every reason to boast about it. I doubt if you own even an underwear. Weldone Bobiwine, life is all about trying to live to your expectations. Keep going, great investment.

Nuggu, you must be one of those nkubakyeyo who clean toilets in UK. You can say what you want about Bobi, but personally i think he has progressed big time. Your comments are just based on NNUGU. By the way how many units have you got in Uganda?
Posted by Kaliisa on 04/10/2012 - 04:49 PM
News flash for the ugandans that have never lived or traveled abroad: Not every nkubakyeyo in the UK or America or any other foreign country is cleaning toilets or in jobs beneath us. A lot of nkubakyeyo work for international organizations or other reputable firms. Bobi Wine congratulations on your success.
