It's over a week now and photos of celebrated herbalist Sylvia Namutebi aka Mama Fiina have been making rounds on tabloid pages at the time when Prince Harry is battling with naked pictures leaking online.

The photos were taken while Mama Fiina was on phone implying that she did not have a clue of what was going on around her world. These are the steps you should do to avoid your pics from leaking because anyway there is always that time when one takes their clothes off.

In most cases, these pics are taken by smart cell phones so make sure that you have all the phones switched off and kept in a place that is far from you to avoid any monkey tricks, both parties should get access to the phones once fully dressed.

Avoid one night stands because anyway, why would your lover take nude pics of you, so you go out with strangers at your own peril.

Turn the lights off and the results of the pic taken will be poor and therefore not worth appearing on front pages. Supposing a pic is taken in darkness, a good camera will automatically go in flash mode and this is when you swing into action to curb the culprit.  In this case, you are advised to rest the 'lights on' mode and test with the 'lights off' mode, you will not see such cropping up.

However, all the above methods do not work if you are drunk to the extent that your are not even aware your clothes are being taken off because that is how they will make their way to the tabloids. It also does not safeguard you from hidden cameras that could be installed in some bonking pads.

Finally, we are also aware that some take these pictures because they want to be seen that way as a way of their trade or 'profession' as they get mileage out of it, but the article is meant for those who may unknowingly find themselves spread in the papers.
