Mun*G had over 1,000 guests...!
Mun*G's Namalayo Concert was a success..!

Baboon Forest rapper Mun*G was all smiles last Friday as it turned out that his Namalayo Concert was at least by his standards a success bearing in mind that top international stars like Demarco, Sisqo and the list goes on were performing to empty seats.

By 8:00pm, the show kicked off with performances from Maisha Dancers, Don Mc, Lyrical G and Young Mullo who did his blockbuster hit 'Tebatusobola' sending the crowd into wild cheers as they sung along.

The show then crossed to another level or artistes who included Navio and GNL who did 'Kampala Yaffe' and 'Wuba Akatambala'. At 10:30pm, the 'Namalayo' star hit the stage clad in a white suit sending the gals into untold frenzy.

He started off with 'Kyabise' then 'Ebintu'. Model Doreen took to the cat-walk showcasing designer Latif's outfits. Mun*G then bounced back with 'Biki Biki' and 'Speaking in tongues' before taking a break.

The show then crossed to a paying respect to fallen heroes, Sera and Mr. X whose photos were displayed all over the screens.

GNL and other Baboon forest members hit the stage with 'Sesetula' that got the crowd dancing and when it came to 'Kyaba Too Much', this was like the epitome of the show. 'Champion', a track Mun'G did with Tusker Project Fame star Naava Grey was next in which they sung that ..if you believe, you can be a champion and indeed this is what happened to Mun*G last Friday at Kati Kati grounds.

The 'Namalayo' track which was also the theme of the show was the last one to be done but the fans demanded for another one.

Am so happy to hear, Mun'G. Stick in the forest don't leave the baboon fellows. You are great with them. And keep that mentality, stay positive, avoid hassles don't be like the cartoons and bab**ns. Learn from your brother Zamba. Go Go Go Baboons
