Africa Unplugged - Chameleone Did Not Perform

Africa Unplugged is the music festival that unites Africa on one stage with over 15 top artistes from the continent. Jose Chameleone was the only artiste who represented Uganda much as he did not perform due to time constraints.

The function that was supposed to start at 5pm to 11pm started a bit late that the long list of artistes could not be accommodated in the allotted time. Other top artistes who did not perform include Mr. Flavour the 'Ashawo' star from Nigeria and Fally Ipupa among others.

The star has gone ahead to apologize to his fans for having failed to perform and promises to make it next time. Chameleone also blamed the organisers for the mess. The star who is always on the move and never runs out of options has already switched to his plan 'B'.

On 1-Sep-2012, Chameleone will be performing at the finals of Miss East Africa Belgium 2012 with Rwanda's Knowless and Ray Blaze from Nigeria.

he 's great looser he said that he's Africa's number 6 but cabo snoop who is not among the top 10 on cham,ili's list'''performed..apartfrom taking photos with 2face he did nuting...so yuh nolonger Africa's number 6 yuh numberless u can't even fit in top 20

Uganda banage elina ebizibu. Imagine dammies like Ugandan nigg sounds like Ugandan f00l & ropela blah blah,very lost and shamelessly exposing their ignorance and village. True Ugandans know exactly wat chameleon has done to put UG music to the level it is on today. It was only chameleon that re-discovered and rejuvinated the once dead music industry Ug experienced for a long time. Because of Chameleon,we chased the nonsense Congolese manya lingala who had turned our ears into dumping grounds. All the others slowly crept into Chameleon's foot steps, tho to date non has managed to half him. I have a very strong feeling you dammies are either non Ugandans or you have just left your diapers a few years back so you know very little.

Just know star tagendera mu nsindikagano. Being such a great entertainer,he cdn't perform just for the sake of being seen. you know once he steps on stage....(those who know,know),so he couldn't see that compromised. being the great brainee he is,he opted for the best. let others fight,he is a class apart. chameleone should not lie to no one,you told him he is africans 6th,wic body,those are just games,i tell you from 1 to 10 its ghana and nigeria and form 10 to 20,its angola,congoz fally ipupa and south africa,ivory coast is magno system,not even chameleone is included,stupid lier

c'mon guys lets stop yapping alot bout Chamili. de fact here is dat Chamili is UG's super Artist, crush ur head or dive into lake Victoria, Chamili will styll conquer UG musically. wat ever haters say u will styll be coz he does music nat nonsense like thse ada artistes, if he's nat in de top 10 or wat, we shoul all accept de fact dat chamili is our man. keep it high

I hear This Chameleon guy refused to perform at the Africa Unplugged show. He did not want to perform in his allocated slot, and the show could not wait for him to decide what he wanted to do. He then decided that he wanted to perform after Femi Kuti by which time Wembley had already told the organisers that the show must end at 11.30 sharp otherwise they would cut the power off. He should try telling the truth instead of spreading propaganda.

My friends around Africa keeps on asking who the hell this ka-skinny guy is, whenever I mention his name. The likes of Dbanj, Idibia, Loyiso Imani and NAVIO are undoubted -I wonder why ? Chameleon is widely known among Ugandans but a nobody to African-Period !

Stop lying to the world. Guys Check the Posters of that concert Chameleon wasnt among the performers and he was never advertised to perform. That concert was mainly to fund-raise for the Congolese refugees. I saw the posters and Chameleon was never among the artists so it was not a coincidence that he didn't perform.
