Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) has this campaign running that is valid for one year before they start impounding all vehicles that have not done the online registration 'Get out of the line, Get Online' that requires all car owners to validate their cars and be issued with a new log book.
This however requires that the vehicle is in your name and in event of being in the previous owners name; you are supposed to effect the transfer from the previous owner first. Bad Black had not yet done the transfer making it easy for it to bounce back to the rightful owner.
