Shanita Namuyimbwa aka Bad Black's verdict date has been set for July 11, 2012. However, the latest from the court is that the grounds to pin her are not that strong. Bad Black came with her son Jonathan to court.

Court assessors advised that Bad Black and her co-accused Meddie Ssentongo be set free. "My Lord, I hope that this court finds it fit to acquit A1(Black) and A2 (Meddie)of all the charges.

After going through the evidence presented, it was noted that Bad Black was innocent for having having stolen money from a company that never existed.

Catherine Bamugemereire will pass judgement in Bad Black's case tomorrow in the case that has lasted 5 months. However, the judge does not have to go by the assessors decision.
