East Africa's biggest search for a super star which aims at getting a winner for the 5m K shillings is on but Uganda is under check with Sharon Nalwoga on probation this week.

7 housemates are left in the academy and tonight was the probation night with all contestants performing their best not to get on the probation list.

Kenya's Ruth kicked off with the nite's performance and Juliana was impressed with her performance and even judge Ian added that she is a star. Judge Hermes was equally impressed.

Rwanda's Jackson was next doing his own version of 'No Woman No Cry' and Judge Hermes and Juliana loved it. Juliana complemented his looks too but had issues with the way he pronounced words. Judge Ian told him that it was an improvement from diapers to that'

The only South Sudan contestant Nancy was up next doing Yvone Chaka Chaka's 'Thank You Mr DJ' Judge Juliana said there was no transformation in the song and Judge Ian did not like it. Judge Hermes said it was like she was shouting.

Doreen from Kenya who has been on probation every single week was Doreen doing 'Isn't she Lovely' a song from Stevie Wonder. Judge Ian loved the transformation but told her she does not have the voice to carry it through. Judge Hermes said to her that she tried her best and actually did well. Juliana agreed with Judge Hermes.

Steve Homes from Kenya was next on stage doing It's not Unusual with his crazy hairstyle. Judge Ian had his eyebrows raised even before he could do forty seconds of his performance. Judge Ian said NO I don't like the way you look and I don't like the way you performed. Judge Hermes said it was an average vocal performance and for Judge Juliana, it was an average performance.

Joe Irankunda from Burundi hit the stage next doing a Swahili song. Judge Hermes told him that he was struggling and it sounded like karaoke. Judge Juliana said it was rather tough for him and was just fine. Judge Ian said this was a song too big for him.

Uganda's Sharon Nalwoga was the last one to perform. Clad in her black suit and high heels came on stage doing 'Sweetest Taboo' Judge Ian said not one of your better performances, you've done a lot better this one was bad..Judge Juliana said this was not her favourite performance and Judge Hermes told her that she was just moving on stage and not connecting with the people.

After her performance, all contestants were called on stage. On probation this week is Joe from Burundi, Nancy from South Sudan, Sharon from Uganda and Steve from Kenya. To save Sharon send TUSKER 4 to 8009 for those in Uganda.
