Rubeleto Charged with Attempted Murder

Rubereto charged with attempted murder
City businessman Ronald Semakula also known as Rubereto has been charged with attempted murder following the Club Silk shooting that left one Nyakaana Job and Sam Richard Ojara in a critical condition.

Appearing in Nakawa court today, he was told how on the 17-June-2012 he almost took the two men out of action. He pleaded not guilty and the case was adjourned to 23-July 2012.

Nakawa court Chief Magistrate Esther Nambayo found the sureties that were presented as substantial and proceeded to grant Rubeleto a cash bail of Shs500,000.

Its also alleged that Rubeleto used his gun sometime back at Club Silk as he was having an argument with Richie Katts on who had more money. The Businessman was also forced to apologise to veteran musician Joanita Kawalya when he pulled put his pistol during the late Fred Maiso's vigil at National Theatre.

So where do you buy a gun in Uganda? Do you need a weapon permit to obtain one? If so this idiot's permit should have been cancelled a long time ago unless of course with a little bribe, one just picks up a gun from the Ugandan gun control authority, if there anything like that.

I dont even want to read the whole incident about this stupid Rubeleto man. Innocent people are in critical condition and he was granted bail of 500.000shs. Hummm kyoka ensi yaffe. This is gone too far & its high time they took away the gun from him. But please my the court try him accordingly. He must pay for what he has done. Money cant blind our eyes.

Please deliver justice correctly. This punk shouldn't be out on streets , he should be behind bars, and never to touch or carry a gun in his life again. What kind of justice is that? These people die, execute that punk. HOLA AT YO BOY!
