Its not clear if the number plate that he put on his hummer with inscriptions of KIWEDDE is the one that causes him problems or the problems just trail him all the way.

Pastor Muwanguzi is being held at Old Kampala Police station after allegedly raping a 38-year-old woman together with two other men. 

Deputy Police spokesperson Judith Nabakooba confirmed the arrest of the rogue pastor. On Tuesday night, the pastor who was driving a Toyota Ipsum registration number UAG 142G picked up a lady from MM-Pub in Kabusu and off they drove off for more night business.

The car had two other men who also got themselves two women from Makindye. They then drove off a short distance before Kiwedde stopped the vehicle and got out with one man and woman.

The man who stayed in the car started molesting the two women but during the struggle the women managed to escape. This is when Kiwedde and the other woman returned to the vehicle.

The woman was then cornered and raped at about 2:00am by Kiwedde and the other two men. The left her for the dead after fulfilling their selfish interests. She later gained her conscious and rushed to the police where she narrated her ordeal.

Luckily, the woman had identified one of the men and that was (Kiwedde) together with the number plate of the Ipsum that he was driving. Police mounted a search for him and by  Wednesday 9:00am, they had arrested him.

Investigations into his case are under way and once the police is done, he will be charged with rape and conspiracy to rape.
