Rubeleto Shoots Two at Club Silk, Arrested

Ronald Semakula aka Rubeleto of Rubeleto Construction Company has been arrested after he shot at two people during the wee hours of Saturday morning at Club Silk.

Trouble started when the city businessman wanted to drive off only to find that his car had been blocked by some road barriers. Rubeleto thought that the men behind this wanted to harm him, so he resorted to using his firearm injuring two men.

One Nyakaana and another only identified as Richard are in a critical condition. Kampala Metropolitan Spokesperson Ibin Senkumbi confirmed his arrest and added that he is liable to charges of attempted murder if the victims survive and murder if they don't survive.

Dont Be Fooled Nobody had Blocked His Car and that cant be done in front of club silk. He drove away from the place and came back shortly and shot at people.

I really feel sooo sad that such an incident happened to innocent people.I just pray they get better soon. That stupid idiot should be senteced to like 3oyrs in jail. He deserves no bond whatsoever. They were eye witnesses at the scene so thats enough to pin him.Villagers with just pocket change like to show off.They should take away the gun from him!

He is a brocker/ property dealer who has got some little money, just like meddie sentongo.Guys educate your sons and daughters , no matter how much savings and development you do for their future.when an illiterate fool lands on quick or soft earned cash, he likes to feel above the law.

Whoever gave him agun is partly responsible.BUT 4 HIM,THE LAW should be left 2take its corse. And the authorities should revise the procedures of issuing firearms 2 de public to avoid such reckless acts.

iexpect evry body hu has weapon {shot gunz}must be awell trained n proffessional military manner how to treat acivilian but not to aply deadily force to harm peaple..he wasnt n danger and ddi he expctd dem to be dangerous ..he is not proffessional..
