Vision Group has apologised for having published Patience Kirabo's photograph in New Vision and Bukedde news papers as Rose Nansikombi, the mother to Prince Richard Ssemakookiro.

"I apologise to our audiences across the country for the mistake and regret any inconvenience caused to the woman in the picture. This was an error of judgement for which I take full responsibility,” Vision Group’s CEO, Robert Kabushenga, said in a statement yesterday.

It takes two to tango so while the father to Prince Richard Ssemakookiro is the Kabaka of Buganda, the kingdom has not yet revealed the identity of the mother leaving many wondering who the mother is.

The first photograph was disputed by the Buganda Kingdom and indeed Patience Kirabo, the lady whose photograph was used called for a press conference disassociating herself from any relationship with the Buganda King and the new born prince.

The New Vision newspaper has now come out with a new picture of Rose Nansikombi, more so in her wedding gown which they are terming as the real mother. We hope the husband of Rose Nansikombi will not hold a press conference with all sorts of claims.
