The anti corruption court yesterday objected to Bad Black's application to stay her trial until she gives birth. Bad Black who is seven months pregnant was appearing in court and through her lawyer Samuel Muyizi, she applied to court that the trial resumes after giving birth.

Justice Bamugemereire rejected the application saying she was fit to stand trial while pregnant. Her baby bump was very visible in an open dress that exposed the Meddie tattoo.

David Greenhalgh the man behind her cash flow was no where to be seen as she was all by herself looking so exhausted and down to earth unlike the previous appearances when she used to come with a swagg.

On being called forward, she nearly fainted and failed to stand up as the charges were being read to her. The Judge later allowed her to sit as she pleaded that she was not guilty.

Bad Black will now report back on February 13, 2012 the day the hearing will kick off. Shanita Namuyimba aka Bad Black is on charges of embezzling over Shs11bn from Daveshan U Ltd in which she is a minority shareholder and Greenhalgh a majority shareholder.
