Bad Black is still remanded at Luzira prison till Thursday this week but even before she comes out, her former lover has again dragged her to the commercial court together with Meddie Ssentogo for fraud that the two have denied.
Greenhalgh wants court to compell the two to refund the money and property which they have now personalised. They bought all these properties and assets using company funds to which he is a majority shareholder.
Some of these properties include a house in Munyonyo, an acre of land near Anderita beach, vehicles which include but not limited to Range Rovers, a Mercedes Benz ML320, BMW X6 among others.
They also have a dollar account at Barclays Bank Garden city branch. Bad Black and Meddie have now been given 15 days to defend themselves lest judgement can be entered in their absence.
This suit has come at a time when Bad Black is remanded at Luzira Prision till November 3, 2011.
