Sylvia Namutebi is Miss Uganda 2011-2012

A total of nineteen ladies have been undergoing a series of activities to be able to come up with that one beauty who will represent Uganda in 2011 at the Miss World Beauty Contest.

Sylvia Namutebi emerged the winner beating 18 other girls to be crowned the Miss Uganda 2011-2012. She won herself a red Toyota Spacio. Primativa Aliguma was the first runner up winning herself a land title from JOMAYI for a piece of land located in Wakiso District.

Amy Nandasi(24) the oldest of all the participants was the second runner up winning herself a phone worth Ugx 1.2mn. Golf Course Hotel was all glamorous and filled to capacity. Artistes like Cindy, Hellen (HB Toxic), Cleopatra, NTV's Naava among others graced the occasion.
