Positive advice: Get enough sleep and good rest, Take it easy ,eat balanced diet full of anti-oxidants and vitamins, avoid harsh soaps, wash your face with cold water to combat wrinkles, and drink plenty of water. Avoid stressful situations especially social or environmental.Avoid too much alcohol but just in moderation and don't smoke your lungs out (if you do)Dont let that man of yours worry you so much .Focus on your baby, pray, and God will put everything in place. whatever it is , all will be well.
